LOUISVILLE, Ky. — An apparent road rage incident in Kentucky sparked outrage after a video showed a woman being struck with a metal steering-wheel lock outside her vehicle.
Louisville Metro Police said the incident happened near Preston Highway and Grade Lane on Sept. 30 around 5 p.m.
