Louisville teens share Russell stories with TARC riders

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Louisville teens are sharing stories from the Russell neighborhood with Transit Authority of River City riders through a new project that brings local voices onto buses across the city.

The stories are available through QR codes riders can scan while on TARC.
