Bert Morris of Louisville, Kentucky, is facing charges of attempted murder and first-degree strangulation in relation to an alleged incident where he tried to choke his wife with a plastic bag.
According to the suspect’s arrest citation, officers of the Louisville Metro Police responded to a domestic violence incident at the 6700 Block of Overlook Drive.
