LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A suspect has been arrested for a shooting in the Russell neighborhood earlier this month that left a man in critical condition. In a release, Louisville Metro Police said Turner Rondell, 38, is charged with attempted murder and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
