Louisville jail officer charged with DUI and fired months after failing 2 breathalyzer tests

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — The Louisville corrections department fired a jail officer who was charged with drunk driving following a wreck last fall. Despite having a blood alcohol level roughly two times over the legal limit, Terry Henderson was not immediately arrested after crashing into another officer on Sept. 26 while on duty.
