LOUISVILLE, Ky. – A man suspected of harassing and exposing himself near hospitals in downtown Louisville was arrested on Friday. This comes a day after Norton Hospital issued a warning to workers about the man, saying they were looking for someone who had been riding around on a bike harassing women.
