LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – Louisville police have made an arrest in connection with the homicide on 4th Street on Jan. 21. Jordan Fields, 33, was arrested Saturday afternoon and charged with murder and possession of a handgun in connection with the shooting that took place near 4th Street Live! last Sunday.
