LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A pedestrian was killed on Dixie Highway near Valley Station on Saturday night, according to Louisville Metro Police. LMPD spokesperson Aaron Ellis said police responded to a pedestrian being hit at the intersection of Dixie Highway and Flowervale Lane around 9 p.m. Witnesses of the crash told police a pickup truck was traveling northbound on Dixie Highway and drove into the intersection on a green light.
