LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – Indiana State Police have served a search warrant to Indiana University as part of the ongoing investigation into former Clark County Sheriff Jamey Noel. The documents they were looking for are job application records for a former Clark County Sheriff’s Office employee who is also Noel’s brother-in-law.
