LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – A man living in one of downtown Louisville’s public housing high rise buildings has been charged with trafficking drugs from his apartment. Keith Lee Wade, 39, of Louisville, is being held at Louisville Metro Corrections on two counts of trafficking in a controlled substance and one count each of trafficking in marijuana, possession of burglary tools and possession of drug paraphernalia.
