LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – Louisville police arrested a man in connection with a deadly shooting near Buechel in 2022. Friday, police announced the arrest of 20-year-old Jeremiah Banks for the murder of Vincent Crutcher in the 4000 block of Heatherview Road on June 23, 2022. He was arrested in the 500 block of S. 18th Street.
