LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — Louisville Metro Police are seeing an uptick in thefts from vehicles throughout the city. LMPD’s 8th Division in eastern Jefferson County is utilizing the Nextdoor App. They’ve been using it for the past few weeks to find people who are actively trying to steal cars and the belongings inside of them. LMPD does not monitor Nextdoor on a 24-hour basis.
