LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A 23-year-old man was arrested and is facing charges in connection to a fatal shooting inside of a Dixie Highway home in November 2023. On Nov. 7, Louisville Metro Police officers responded to a ShotSpotter run in the 1100 block of Dixie Highway around 11:25 p.m.
