LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – A new collaboration is expanding efforts to help kids get more confident in the classroom without costing parents a dime. Breakthrough Louisville was previously known as Summerbridge. It’s a 6-week, no-cost summer school for students in 6th through 9th grade. Their goal is to help prepare under-resourced students in Jefferson County for academic success in the upcoming school year.
