LOUISVILLE, Ky. – A second man was charged in the ambush killing of a Louisville hip-hop artist outside a southern Indiana casino. Harrison County Sheriff Detectives issued a warrant for Chaz Davis of Louisville who was charged with murder Thursday afternoon in connection to the death of LilDon Williams.
