A Louisville woman was taken to the Vanderburgh County Jail last week, after police say she tried to steal a car with a child inside it…on the orders of Kanye West. Police say 28-year-old Ricki Smith is now facing charges for attempted kidnapping and attempted auto theft. Witnesses claimed that she had been trying to get into various cars outside of a business, until she finally got into the one with the child.
