CINCINNATI (WKRC) – The deputy coroner in Jefferson County, Kentucky, is asking for help to identify a man whose body was pulled from the river in Louisville. He’s looking for family or friends of 36-year-old Timothy Edward Spaulding, who may be from Newport but was living on East Broadway in Louisville.
