The man accused of shooting three people in the parking lot of an Old Louisville business was arrested in Mississippi. Desmond Shaw, 35, is facing charges of murder, assault, criminal mischief and firearm theft. On July 22, a witness to the shooting said they saw Shaw coming out of the laundromat at 4th and East Oak Street, firing shots at a car in the parking lot.
