LOUISVILLE, Ky. – A father’s quest for justice continues years after his teenage son was brutally killed in Louisville on Thanksgiving Day. It’s been three years of heartbreak for Cortez Duncan Sr. since his son, Cortez Duncan Jr., 15, was shot and killed in a Shawnee alleyway in 2021.
