Shawn Stines, a Kentucky sheriff, was charged with the murder of District Judge Kevin Mullins. Allegedly, Stines shot and killed Mullins at the Letcher County Courthouse following an argument. Per the Courier Journal, Stines had a preliminary hearing where a video was shown of the alleged crime taking place.
