LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – LMPD Chief Paul Humphrey expressed his support Wednesday for a ban on masks to prevent violent crime. The chief spoke to reporters one day after Mayor Craig Greenberg called on the Metro Council to pass an updated ban. It is a trend that city officials intend to stop.
