LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – An arrest has been made in a shooting that happened overnight in the Highlands neighborhood, an LMPD spokesperson confirmed. Officers responded to a call of a shooting around 2:40 a.m. Saturday in the 900 block of Baxter Avenue where they found a man who had been shot in the foot. He was taken to UofL Hospital and is expected to live.
