LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — Louisville Metro Police are investigating after a man was found dead in the Russell neighborhood on Sunday morning. LMPD spokesperson Dwight Mitchell said police responded to a person down in the roadway at 18th Street and Muhammad Ali Boulevard at 8:57 a.m. When police arrived on scene, they found a man who was dead.
