Male High School’s Caden C ull and Manual’s Bailee Montgomery won individual titles Saturday during the Class 3A, Region Three cross-country meet at Seneca Park .
Cull won the boys title in 15 minutes, 13.54 seconds. Manual’s Quinn Gulden was the runner-up in 15:59.09.
Montgomery captured the girls event in 17:54.49 and was followed by Manual teammate Maggie May (18:26.13).
Manual swept the team titles. The boys won with 35 points and were followed by St. Xavier (46) and Male (80). Manual’s girls won with 21 points and were followed by Bullitt East (46) and Male (69).
Top teams and individuals advance to the Class 3A state meet Saturday at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington.
