LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – A class-action lawsuit filed in the Jefferson County Circuit Court is taking aim at Kentucky’s tight restrictions on abortive procedures. A woman from Louisville, who is referred to as “Mary Poe,” claims the bans deprive her and other pregnant women in Kentucky of rights protected by the state constitution.
