4 Kentuckians indicted, 1 at large in connection with FBI drug investigation spanning from Kentucky to California

LOUISVILLE, Ky. ( FOX 56 ) — Four people from Louisville and three people from California have been indicted with federal drug crime charges, and three of them are considered federal fugitives by the United States Attorney’s Office.

Maleek Spalding, 26, Jaron Blincoe-Robinson, 25, Dominique Farris, 27, and Amanda Foley, 42, of Louisville, were each indicted with drug crimes on Nov. 5 in connection with an investigation spanning from the East to West coast, per a news release from the Western District of Kentucky.

Foley was one of three people indicted who reportedly have not been arrested yet, along with Julio Cesar Contreras, 34, of Long Beach, CA, and Patrick Russo, 30, of Corona, CA. All three were considered federal fugitives per the Department of Justice (DOJ).

A federal investigation showed that from Feb. 22 through Nov. 4, the defendants allegedly conspired to get and then distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine and 400 grams or more of fentanyl, per a news release from the U.S. Attorney’s office.
