LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A popular Louisville bar is supporting victims of a plant explosion in the Clifton neighborhood last week. Spring Street Bar and Grill is located at 300 S. Spring Street at the corner of Payne Street in the Irish Hill neighborhood. The local business wanted to support those affected by the Givaudan plant explosion.
