$250,000 bond set for man accused of firing toward 2 LMPD officers

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – Bond has been set at $250,000 for a man charged with two counts of attempted murder of a police officer. Court documents show on Saturday, Dec. 28, police were sent to the 1100 block of Reutinglinger Avenue on a trouble run. A caller claimed Tombe Thomas, who was visiting family for the holidays and was staying at an Airbnb with his girlfriend, had barricaded himself inside the bathroom with a gun, saying his girlfriend had set him up.
