Just in time for the new year, a handful of new restaurants are expected to open in January.
After gaining almost 130 new spots in 2024, Louisville restaurant scene’s plates are still spinning with several eateries expected to open their doors in the next month.
Openings include a couple of chains, such as a local one serving tacos and a national go-to for fried chicken, as well as new upscale dining options near downtown.
