LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – The Louisville Police Homicide unit is investigating after a dead body was found on train tracks in the Parkland neighborhood Wednesday afternoon. Officers responded to a call for service at the railroad tracks on Garland Avenue around 3:20 p.m. on Jan. 8. They arrived to find a person laying dead.
