LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – The family of the man who was shot and killed by a US Marshal says LMPD Chief Paul Humphrey is creating false “facts” about the shooting.
On Tuesday, Humphrey declined to open a new investigation into Omar Cryer’s death.
