Hendricks County auction company selling seized items from convicted southern Indiana sheriff

CLAYTON, Ind. — An auction company in Clayton, Indiana, west of Indianapolis, is selling 29 items Thursday seized in the Jamey Noel investigation.

The items include Milwaukee power tools, shipping containers, a rollback truck and a train locomotive.

Noel, the Clark County sheriff from 2015-2022, is currently serving a 12-year prison sentence at the New Castle Correctional Complex. He was also ordered to repay $3.1 million in restitution for his financial crimes at New Chapel fire & EMS…
