LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A former Clark County councilwoman will plead guilty to charges related to the Jamey Noel investigation on Friday, according to Indiana State Police.
Noel fathered a child with the former councilwoman, Brittney Ferree, and according to previous court documents, she accepted $104,971.51 in child support payments from Noel paid with Utica Township Volunteer Firefighter Association (UTVFA) funds.
