Louisville man charged with assault after stabbing in Beechwood Village

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A man was injured after being stabbed early Sunday morning in Louisville’s Beechwood Village.

Officers responded to a disturbance call a little after 5 a.m. Sunday in the 100 block of Marshall Drive, off Shelbyville Road, Lyndon Police Chief Robert Schroeder said. Officers found blood on the scene, but no victim.

Later, a man in his 20s with stabbed wounds showed up at University of Louisville Hospital, Schroeder said. Louisville Metro Police responded to the hospital and found the man was the victim who was stabbed on Marshall Drive. Schroeder said the man is expected to survive…
