LOUISVILLE, Ky. — An annual festival that brings family fun and entertainment to the Portland neighborhood every summer will not be happening this year.
The Portland Festival’s Board of Directors announced on Facebook that the two-day festival held the first weekend in June would be postponed due to “time constraints and various circumstances.”
