LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – Louisville Police provided some information about their preparations ahead of the coming rounds of storms.
LMPD Chief Paul Humphrey said the department’s river unit, which handles water rescues, is ready and on standby.
Humphrey also said they expect several roads to be shut down near the river in the next few days as it rises, but said the river is not the main concern for the department right now.
