LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – The Clarksville Police Department arrested an alleged shoplifter after he pulled out a gun and attempted to run Thursday evening, according to a post.
The suspect, Richard Smith, was at Lowe’s and attempted to steal some products while he had warrants, police said.
