LOUISVILLE, Ky. — One day after a hit-and-run of a Fairdale 3-year-old girl, neighbors in the Regency Park Apartment complex are holding their children closer than ever.
Video was sent to WHAS11 of the moment a silver pickup truck hit the little girl. She’s seen running out into the road as the truck comes into view, seemingly headed to the park. She freezes before she’s hit by the truck.
