LOUISVILLE, Ky. — On a rainy and dreary Kentucky Derby 151, neighborhoods surrounding Churchill Downs sold parking spaces in their yards and driveways.
Mae DeWitt was helping her boyfriend’s family carry on the annual tradition of selling spots at their home off Burton Avenue.
