LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – A man has been arrested in connection to a fatal shooting in the Newburg neighborhood.
Kapongo Job Badibanga, 46, was arrested Monday, May 5, and charged with murder and possession of a gun by a convicted felon.
Badibanga is accused of shooting a man to death in the 5000 block of Poplar Level Road on April 30. Court documents claim Badibanga and the victim were inside Louisville Liquor Palace when they got into an argument that continued into the parking lot. That’s when police claim he pulled out a gun and shot the man four times before fleeing the scene…
