FORT WRIGHT, Ky. — A Cincinnati college graduate went on a road trip with his friends to Louisville recently to claim his winning after buying a scratch-off ticket across state lines.
Rohith Kandula bought some lottery tickets in April when he was getting gas at the Fort Wright Shell with his four best friends and fellow recent University of Cincinnati graduates.
Kandula hit the top prize on the $5 Kentucky Jackpot game — $125,000. The five friends scanned the ticket, and after seeing the amount, immediately ran back to their car…
