HARRISON COUNTY, Ind. — Months after a house fire, authorities in Harrison County have arrested two men in the death of one of the suspect’s father.
Edward Powers, 26, and David Woosley Jr., 23, are charged in the death of 51-year-old David Woosley Sr. The two men are charged with murder, arson and obstruction of justice.
