Louisville high school junior selected for prestigious national medical conference

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A junior at Eastern High School in Louisville was selected for a prestigious medical conference this summer.

Leilana Stephenson, a participant in the Future Healers Teen Medical Mentorship program, was selected to attend the Congress of Future Medical Leaders in Boston from June 25-27. The national conference is hosted by the National Academy of Future Physicians and Medical Scientists. It brings top high school students from around the country who have aspiring medical careers.
