LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – Two people are recovering from wounds they suffered in an overnight shooting in the Chickasaw neighborhood.
Just after 3 a.m., Louisville Metro police were called to the 3300 block of W. Kentucky after multiple calls and a ShotSpotter notification about gunshots in the area. Officers found a woman wounded by gunfire. She was taken to UofL Hospital for treatment.
LMPD says moments later a man with gunshot wounds was brought to Norton West Louisville Hospital by a private vehicle. Investigators were able to determine the shootings were related…
