Ex-Utica reserve officer avoids charges after mishandling evidence

CLARK COUNTY, Ind. — A former southern Indiana police officer will not face charges after failing to report evidence.

Former Utica Reserve Officer Hunter Morrow no longer works for the department, according to the Clark County Prosecutor’s Office.
