LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A man and woman from Louisville were arrested in New Albany, Indiana, for allegedly shoplifting from a Home Depot.
According to Indiana State Police, an off-duty trooper arrested Carl Edward Estelle Jr., 66, and Casey Tysha Billingsley, 46, on Tuesday after multiple people told him the two had stolen items and were loading them into a truck.
