Your weekend is here, Kentucky, and it’s time to take a look back at some of the stories that were in our headlines this week.
Your Weekend Weather
We’re expecting a more southerly flow to develop by the weekend, increasing our chances for showers and a few weaker storms. Saturday’s threat will mainly be in the afternoon and early evening, as typical daytime heating will lead to pop-up storms across the region. Storms could bring heavy rains and gusty winds.
There looks to be a slightly greater chance of showers and storms Sunday, with more heavy rain possible. This could lead to some brief flooding issues in areas that see repeated rounds of storms. Highs both days are expected to be in the 80s.
