LOUISVILLE, Ky. — The Clark County Sheriff’s Office confirms a man’s hospitalization after an incident in Charlestown State Park.
According to the CCSO, deputies were dispatched to the park just after 10 a.m. Sunday following reports of a man in a mental health crisis threatening self-harm.
