Pollio reflects on memorable achievements as his JCPS tenure ends

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Dr. Marty Pollio attended his last Jefferson County Public Schools (JCPS) board meeting as superintendent.

“For his final time, we introduced to you, Dr Marty polio to give his superintendent’s report,” said board chair Corrie Shull.

Pollio’s last day is July 1. After eight years as the district’s leader and 28 with the district, he is set to become the next president of Ivy Tech the same day…
