There are four indictments naming people from Kentucky to California. This is part of “Operation Take Back America,” an effort that targets cartels.
Investigators said the suspects trafficked drugs across Kentucky with the supply lines reaching back to California. The charges include trafficking deadly fentanyl, distributing methamphetamine and illegal gun possession.
